Jim Buchanan - President & CEO
Jim’s focus at SCP Limited is to position the company as a leader in igniter technology creation and manufacturing. Jim works closely with our engineering team and leading material scientists to refine and develop the best igniters for heating applications. Jim serves on two non-profit boards in NE Indiana. His past-times include running, tennis and growing as a person and leader. His greatest accomplishments are his relationships with his family and friends.

Charles Backs - Vice President & CFO
Charles has developed himself as an expert and leader in field of Elder Law in NE Indiana. He comes to us with Board of Directors experience from three manufacturing companies: Cole Hardwood, IDI, and Truck Engineering Ltd. Charles is currently a partner at Beers, Mallers, Backs, and Salin. He earned his BA from Indiana University and his JD from Valparaiso University.

Craig Willkens – Director of
Engineering
Craig is the latest addition to the SCP team. He joins the
company with 26 years of experience in advanced material and
product development; most recently 15 years as the Research
Manager for Saint-Gobain Igniter Products. Craig is the
leader of our engineering activities, focusing on the
development and commercialization of new products and
technologies to support the “TrueStart” product line. Craig
has M.S. and B.S. degrees in ceramic engineering from the
University of Illinois and Alfred University, respectively,
and has been awarded 23 U.S. patents in the fields of advanced
ceramics and igniter technology. Craig is an avid golfer and
runner.

Jama Stemen - Production
Manager
Jama is our Materials Manager at SCP Limited. She has been with us for 15 years. Jama has been an asset in various areas of the company beginning with production, moving to Quality Control as an Inspector/Auditor then advancing to supervisor of the Quality Dept. In her supervisory position, she gained valuable knowledge in the areas of managing and purchasing. This knowledge and attention to details made her a good fit for our Materials Manager position. Jama enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Jerry Reynolds -
Manufacturing Engineer
Jerry is a certified tool and die maker who brings vast experience in plastic mold injection and stamping. He has worked as a manufacturing engineer for Hamilton Standard; owned and managed a successful retail business; and has been in management for SCP for the past 18 years with exceptional results.

Chuck Kaduk - Quality Control Manager
Chuck is our QC expert that has been managing our quality processes and team with great success. Chuck comes to us from a wealth of experience at United Technologies as a Senior Design Engineer for more that 25 years. He earned his BSEE from Indiana Institute of Technology and has continued his education through the continuing education from the University of Toledo.

Linda Till - Executive
Assistant
Linda is our Executive Assistant who has over 26 years of professional experience in customer focused business and financial environments. Her wealth of business knowledge makes her a valuable part of the SCP team. She has an Associates Degree in both Operations and Supervision and Marketing and Distribution from I.P.F.W. in Fort Wayne. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and meeting new people. She is an independent sales consultant for three home based businesses which enables her to fulfill her love of meeting and assisting people.
